Information on this page is current as of September 26, 2026, and reflects HighLevel release announcements made between June 15 and September 25, 2026. We review this page weekly. Items move to the bottom section once they ship to everyone.

In private beta

  • SaaS Multi-Brands (spotted Aug 7) - run two independent white label brands inside a single SaaS account, each with its own domain, logo, theme, custom CSS and legal pages, mapped to sub-accounts or plan categories. Requires the Pro plan. Public beta is expected in late August 2026.
  • RCS workflow actions (spotted Jul 10) - Send RCS and RCS Interactive Message actions bring rich cards, carousels and suggested replies into automated journeys. General availability is planned for the end of Q3 2026.
  • Events checkout redesign (spotted Jul 24) - a full-page, step-by-step event checkout with a persistent order summary and built-in coupon codes replaces the old modal flow.

In public beta

  • Social Planner post sync for LinkedIn and TikTok (spotted Jul 31) - imports posts already published on LinkedIn Organization Pages and TikTok accounts into Social Planner, refreshing engagement metrics every 24 hours.
  • Event page content customization (spotted Jul 17) - every attendee-facing label, heading, button and error message on event pages can be rewritten, with live preview and reset-to-default.
  • Communities post creation nudges (spotted Jul 10) - prompts members to share new courses, events and course completions as pre-filled community posts in the new GoKollab UI.
  • WhatsApp username support (spotted Aug 7) - first-time contacts who message via a WhatsApp username are captured with their username and Business-Scoped User ID. Meta is rolling this out region by region, starting with test markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Colombia and Peru. Mobile app support landed Sep 4, so username-only contacts are reachable from the app and a phone number merges with its username into a single row.
  • Events Meta Pixel tracking (spotted Aug 21) - a Meta Pixel ID per event maps RSVP and ticketing milestones from page view through completed order, with order value, currency, ticket data and session-based conversion deduplication. Available to Events beta users only.
  • Certificate AI (spotted Aug 28) - describe the certificate you need in a prompt and AI generates a complete, editable design that opens in the Certificate Builder. Generation quality is expanding based on feedback.
  • GPT Live 1 speech-to-speech Voice AI (spotted Aug 14, early access Sep 11) - a full-duplex model that listens and speaks at once while a second reasoning model handles bookings, lookups and tool calls in the background, removing the dead air after a real request. Carries a beta label in the model dropdown, and speech-to-speech agents can now place outbound calls. Flat pricing of 0.12 US dollars per minute covers both models, with billing starting September 17, 2026.
  • Ask AI flow-based Voice AI agent builder (spotted Sep 25) - Ask AI gathers the requirements, produces a visual build plan and generates an editable flow-based Voice AI agent on the canvas. Rolling out to sub-accounts that already have active access to both Ask AI and Voice AI.

In Labs

  • Agency Assistant Plan for Ask AI and AI Studio (spotted Sep 18) - a user-based, agency-billed subscription at 20 US dollars per user per month giving Agency Admins and Agency Users access to Ask AI and AI Studio, with access following the user across every sub-account they can reach. Sub-account users are not included in this version.
  • Automatic company creation and association by email domain (spotted Sep 18) - contacts are matched to an existing Company by business email domain, or a new Company is created with its domain stored and its name and logo enriched, with duplicate prevention and a per-location exclusion list. Set to default on for new agencies once it leaves Labs.
  • Global Search V2 (spotted Jul 24) - one search across 8 products and 530+ indexed routes with fuzzy matching, keyboard shortcuts and voice input.
  • Voice AI trial call Prompt Optimizer (spotted Aug 7) - after a test call, the optimizer generates scenarios, scores prompt variations and applies the best one to your agent.
  • Conversations AI Prompt Optimizer (spotted Jul 31) - runs AI-generated chat scenarios against a cloned agent, scores the outcomes and proposes a rewritten prompt for review.
  • Voice AI WhatsApp action (spotted Jul 31) - Voice AI agents can send pre-approved WhatsApp templates, such as booking or payment links, to the caller during a live call.
  • Entrance animations (spotted Jul 31) - animation controls for sections, rows and columns in the funnel and website builder.

  • Affiliate webhooks (spotted Jul 24) - real-time alerts for payment failures, cancellation attempts with reasons, and referred accounts stuck in onboarding. Rolling out in phases, starting with a small group of top affiliates.
  • Unified reselling page (spotted Jul 24) - subscription and usage-based products on one Reselling page, with an agency-level global markup for usage-based pricing.
  • Course progress analytics (spotted Jul 24) - completion rates, average progress, time to complete, a learner journey funnel and member-level CSV export.
  • Conversations AI channel management (spotted Jul 10) - assign any bot directly to specific channels, numbers and contact tag filters instead of routing everything through one primary bot. Update Sep 25: the agents list now shows which channels each agent is live on, alongside new folders and a grid view.
  • Google Business Profile post sync (spotted Aug 7) - one-way import of published GBP posts into Social Planner every 24 hours.
  • Marketplace migrations (spotted Aug 7) - the Slack and TikTok Lead Ads integrations are moving to the App Marketplace framework, with existing connections migrated automatically.

  • Event management (spotted Aug 14) - self-serve enablement of the full event lifecycle including branded event pages, ticketing, QR check-in, manual and multi-attendee registration, and event triggers, conditions and date-relative waits in workflows.
  • Agency pricing page for wallet products (spotted Aug 21) - a searchable Billing page listing pay-as-you-go rates for every wallet-billed product, grouped by category with SKU, billing unit and country rates across 27 markets. Sub-account markup controls and a pricing calculator are planned for later phases.
  • Daily Google Drive sync for knowledge base files (spotted Aug 14) - an opt-in per-file daily check that re-syncs imported PDFs, DOCs, DOCXs and Google Docs only when the source file actually changed.
  • Social Planner Threads and Pinterest post sync (spotted Aug 14 and Aug 21) - one-way 24-hour imports of existing Threads posts and Pinterest Pins with media, captions, board references and engagement data.
  • Contact conversation overlay (spotted Aug 14) - clicking a contact name inside opportunities or appointments opens contact details and conversations in an overlay instead of redirecting away, with more areas planned.
  • Tag categories and custom tag colors (spotted Aug 21) - contact tags can be grouped into categories and assigned preset or custom brand colors, with existing tags defaulting to gray under a No category group. Update Sep 25: bulk recoloring of up to 100 tags at once and creating a category directly from the category selector were added in Labs.
  • Voice AI smart call ending and spam protection (spotted Aug 28) - an End Call action with a customizable hangup prompt, in-call spam detection that politely ends telemarketer and robocall conversations, post-call spam analysis and automatic blocking of repeat offenders at a threshold you set.
  • Conversations AI provider selection (spotted Aug 28) - assign a Conversations AI bot to specific Marketplace conversation providers from the Deploy tab instead of inheriting the SMS and email toggles. Requires the Conversations AI channel management Labs toggle.
  • Opportunities conditional custom fields (spotted Aug 28) - show opportunity fields or folders and make them mandatory using AND/OR rules based on pipeline, stage, status or other field values.
  • Conversation AI working hours (spotted Sep 11) - set working days, hours and channels per AI agent, with off-hours auto-replies, team notifications, contact tagging and follow-up when business hours resume. Behind a Labs flag in Settings with no general availability date announced.
  • Enhanced attachments security for Contacts and Conversations (spotted Sep 25) - conversation attachments move to permission-based authenticated access behind a new secure link format, starting with email attachments before other channels and file custom fields follow in later phases. Existing attachment links keep working until November 30, 2026.
  • Conversation AI multi-action suggestions (spotted Sep 25) - suggestive mode can propose several actions per inbound message, up to five, each individually approvable before sending. The multi-action path sits behind a config flag, and batches containing a read-only tool fall back to the existing one-at-a-time behavior.
