What the numbers mean
Churn is the lever. With 2 new clients a month and 3 percent churn, the client count keeps climbing for years. At 10 percent churn the same 2 new clients a month plateau at about 20 clients, because you lose two for every two you add. White-label platform clients churn less than service-only retainers because leaving means rebuilding their CRM, booking and automations somewhere else; that is the argument for putting clients on your own branded HighLevel rather than managing their tools for them.
The usage cost per client defaults to $17, which is what a client sending 1,000 SMS, 5,000 emails and 300 call minutes costs at HighLevel's published rates. Check it against the cost calculator for your own volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you calculate MRR?
Active clients multiplied by the average monthly price. To project it, each month remove the churned share of clients, add the new ones and multiply again. This calculator does that for 24 months.
What is a good churn rate for a white-label SaaS agency?
There is no published benchmark specific to HighLevel agencies. Model 2 to 4 percent monthly if clients run their CRM, booking and automations on your platform, and higher if you only manage their ads.
